Grimaces Plus Subscription Terms - Grimace Score

These Subscription Terms supplement the Grimace Score Terms of Use, End User License Agreement, and Privacy Policy. They apply when you buy or use the Grimaces Plus subscription.

Offer

Grimaces Plus is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions that remove interstitial ads shown by Grimace Score while the chosen subscription is active.

• Yearly offer: RevenueCat package yearly, 1-year billing period, target price EUR 3.99 / year, approximately EUR 0.33 / month
• The actual prices are the prices displayed by the App Store or Google Play at the time of purchase, including currency, taxes, local equivalents, and store-specific changes.

Grimaces Plus does not change scoring rules, AI comments, face-movement processing, local history retention, backend availability, or non-ad features.

Price Shown Before Purchase

The applicable price, currency, taxes, selected billing period, and any introductory offer are the ones displayed by the App Store or Google Play in the purchase screen before confirmation. If these Terms differ from the store payment screen, the store information shown at the time of purchase controls price and billing.

Automatic Renewal

Grimaces Plus renews automatically at the end of each chosen billing period, monthly or yearly, unless you cancel before renewal under your store's rules. Payment is charged through your Apple Account or Google Play account.

If Apple, Google Play, or RevenueCat reports that the subscription has expired, been cancelled, refunded, revoked, or is otherwise inactive, Grimace Score may re-enable ads and remove Plus benefits.

Cancellation

You can cancel the subscription through the subscription settings of your Apple Account or Google Play account. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

After cancellation, you generally keep access to Grimaces Plus until the end of the paid period, unless the store rules, a refund, a revocation, or mandatory law provide otherwise.

Refunds And Withdrawal Rights

Purchases, cancellations, refunds, and withdrawal rights are handled by the App Store or Google Play under their rules, your account settings, your country or region, and applicable law. Grimace Score can help troubleshoot technical issues, but it does not directly control refunds issued by Apple or Google.

Mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal or refund rights that cannot be waived in your country or region, continue to apply.

Restoring Purchases

The app includes a restore purchases action. It is used to recover the subscription state reported by the store and RevenueCat on a compatible device or after reinstalling the app.

Restoration depends on the Apple or Google account used for the original purchase, store status, network availability, and RevenueCat configuration.

Free Trials And Promotions

No free trial or introductory offer is promised by these Terms. If a free, promotional, or introductory offer is made available, its specific terms, duration, post-promotion price, and eligibility rules must be displayed in the purchase screen or by the store before confirmation.

Price Or Offer Changes

The price, taxes, currencies, country availability, offer name, or benefits of Grimaces Plus may change. Price changes for active subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google Play through their notification and consent mechanisms where required by law or store rules.

If a Plus benefit is removed or materially changed, the app or website should reflect that change within a reasonable time.

Purchase Data And Privacy

To provide Grimaces Plus, the app may process subscription status, product ID, purchase receipts or tokens, and required technical information through Apple, Google Play, and RevenueCat.

Grimace Score does not send your photos, result cards, pseudonyms, scores, or full face-movement maps to RevenueCat, Apple, or Google Play as custom subscription metadata.

Availability

Grimaces Plus depends on Apple, Google Play, RevenueCat, network availability, and app configuration. Access may be temporarily unavailable because of a technical incident, configuration error, billing issue, store removal, or maintenance.
